Sunjay Kapur's prayer meet: Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, along with Samaira and Kiaan, head to Delhi

Karisma Kapoor and Family Travel to Delhi for Ex-Husband Sunjay Kapur's Prayer Meet

Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor was seen traveling to Delhi today to attend the prayer meet for her former husband, Sunjay Kapur. The industrialist Sunjay Kapur passed away on June 12th after suffering a heart attack while playing polo in London. His last rites were conducted on June 19th in New Delhi, where Karisma Kapoor was present with her children.

Karisma Kapoor was spotted at the Kalina airport on Sunday afternoon with her daughter, Samaira, and son, Kiaan, as they made their way to Delhi.

Shortly after, her sister Kareena Kapoor and brother-in-law Saif Ali Khan were also seen at the airport, also en route to Delhi to attend the prayer meet. They were dressed respectfully and appeared composed as they headed to their flight. The prayer meeting is scheduled to take place from 4 pm to 5 pm at the Taj Palace Hotel in Delhi.

Sunjay Kapur’s funeral was held at the Lodhi Road Cremation Ground in New Delhi. Close family members and friends, including Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, attended the ceremony.

Sunjay Kapur passed away on June 12th while playing polo in London. Reports indicate that he suffered a heart attack during the match. Initial reports speculated that a bee sting might have triggered the heart attack; however, there has been no official confirmation regarding the cause of death.
