We're talking about interior plants and non-edible plants that you want to grow inside your home. There are a couple of great ones that do well. One is the sansevieria variety. Most people know the sansevieria as a Mother-in-Law's Tongue, but there are many different types of sansevieria, probably in the hundreds. They are great, tough plants. They're low-light and low-water needs, so they can travel in different areas of your home and utilize spaces that you might not have otherwise thought a plant could go. Also another interior plant that is a great plant to have inside is the schefflera. They are beautiful multi-leaf plants that are tree-like. I love them. They come variegated, which allows for a different kind of texture and color in your garden variety. And then lastly, I probably would recommend something like a rubber tree plant. Those are fabulous. They grow quick, and they are again low-maintenance needs. Most of the time all of us want something that's not going to take too much of us, water, or sun, but these also allow for different areas of plantings in your home.
