Regardless of where you're coming from, you can make the road ahead more rewarding by setting a good foundation. Get a fresh start on your life by figuring out where you want to go. Then, adopt small positive changes to gradually improve your life. Or, if necessary go to the extreme and implement a major life shift.

Life CoachOur Expert Agrees: It's difficult to make decisions about your life when you're already stressed and overwhelmed. Do what you need to do to manage those feelings. Try introducing daily rituals like meditation, yoga, or listening to quiet music. Or go out of town for a weekend. Give yourself the space and perspective you need to decide what you truly want.
