At the end of it, you may be surprised with hair that feels much softer than before!
Warm 1 to 2 tbsp (15 to 30 mL) of coconut or olive oil and massage it into your scalp and hair. Wrap a warm, damp towel around your head for 5 minutes, then wash the oil out. Apply a banana and olive oil, honey and yogurt, pumpkin, avocado, or egg mask. Let the mask sit for 15 to 30 minutes, then rinse with shampoo.
